After a long time, I decide to draw her.I'm on hiatus somehow, school and stuff but I will try to draw more since now.

I put the png in ps, duplicate layer, put in the new layer gaussian blur like 9.0 then I lowered the opacity of the layer with blut at 30-40 % and the fill too ^^

okay. I will have to save this so I can remember all the steps. I didn't know photoshop was the key. xD I just thought everyone used paint tool sai and that was it. But I guess using both programs would make sense. =3
