Sometimes such things can be really awful. I take large doses of the most power opiate derivative known to mankind. It is 81 times more potent than morphine, 24 hours a day. It is the end of the line.
It is SO not fun.
BUT, I have found that most things done in moderation are quite Ok, if not downright pleasurable.
