It's ironic that Peter Capaldi draws most of his inspiration from the 3rd and 4th Doctors considering Tom Baker and Jon Pertwee hated each other.

I think hate is too strong a word. Jon certainly held him with some degree of disdain especially with regard to Tom's alleged refusal to share time with other Doctor actors at conventions although that wasn't a permanent thing - Chicago 83 he shared the stage with the other living Doctors and is apparently very good friends with Sylv (and latterly has struck up a friendship with Paul) and appears at various events with others now. I suspect it was more a symptom of Tom's long-held desire in the 80s to distance himself from the part...
Tom, on the other hand was actually rather fond of Jon but, as is Tom's way, showed it by continually winding him up and pricking his occasional pomposity - he tells a famous story where, within Jon's earshot, he told a group of people that he turned down a job with a huge salary attached because I didn't need the money. Jon was supposedly apoplectic! It was, of course a complete fabrication for Jon's benefit

Cheers! The Tom picture is a composite of three different pictures (body is a high-res promo shot of a life-sized cut-out, head from the doctorwho.tv site and the arm is from one of the photos of Tom and the Daleks outside TV Centre). I found them using google image search (which has an option to search for images over a certain size) as too was the top half of Jon. His lower legs are from a much lower resolution shot from the same photoshoot found on the tragical history tour website and manually touched up.
