Description You know, while watching and discussing Girls und Panzer, the main topic of the schools that don't get screen time is Anzio High School (which isn't that much incorrect, I guess); it is mine, too.
However, I thought it was right to take a moment and whip up something to remember the schools that we barely see, such as these two : top is either Bonple High School (possibly British?) or Koala Forest Academy (probably Australian), while being defeated by Pravda High School (it depends which of the two is more likely to have a Cruiser Mark I, that sadly lost his turret), and bottom is Chi-Ha Tan Academy (and I don't think there are going to be any doubts about what tanks they use and what nation they represent) having been dealt a huge defeat by Black Forest Girls' Academy.
And of course there are other we don't even glimpse : the Maginot Girls' Academy (certainly French, must have used tanks like the Hotckiss H35, the Renault R35, the FCM36 and the SOMUA 35 if Anzio managed to defeat them), and all the rest whose data is limited to the names. Viking Marine School (Scandinavian? Canadian?), BC Free School (???), Yogurt Academy and Waffle Academy (???), Blue Division High School (Spanish?), Jatkosota High School (probably Finnish). Wouldn't mind having some more info...

EDIT : As someone pointed out to me, Bonple High School must be Polish, because that tank is really a 7TP twin-turreted.

The Blue Division High School is indeed Spanish, said to have early BTs, Pz. I and IIs, and even some Spanish-brand Verdeja tanks. Sadly, their small numbers and unofficial status don't help with getting more funds or having a fair show-off against the bigger schools.

We must note at this point in time that Chi-Ha Tan and Jatkosota are both featured in the movie. Poles versus Russians, historical irony abounds. Β Β  Chi-Ha Tan has a real LEE-ROY JENKINS attitude, so their positioning in defeat explains a lot. Β

Well, yes, after years, some schools have had some screen time...

Yes. The beauty of GuP is that everything gets in place, eventually.

Anime is often clever in having their future plot points at hand when required. (This does not apply to anime derived from shounen manga though.)

Yes, it came out that Waffle is Belgian; Yogurt, however, is Hungarian.

Bonple High School is probably Polish because tank defeated by Pravda High School is 7TP Twin-turreted.

Well, what do you know? You're right. I thought that it was a Cruiser Mark I but it's really a 7TP.
In my defence I can say those sunflowers didn't help me to identify the tank!

Yep. And some more could be added, perhaps by throwing in some more European schools, perhaps with Hungarian (Turan or 43M Zrinyi) or Romanian tanks (the Maresal).

You can watch it on a special chapter of 30'. They didn't show it on the main series due to the size of the chapter.

There is the special (in Spanish, I didn't find an English version):Β reyanime.com/girls-und-panzer-…
