Does it count as one uncommon trait or two if I use both furry arms and legs

arms & legs count as one trait, tho you can mix them up, for example: reptile arms+furred legs and that would count as two traits (common trait + uncommon trait)

If you choose to do the uncommon mammalian subspecies, do the ears and furry tail count towards that and not seperate uncommon traits?
