Does it count as one uncommon trait or two if I use both furry arms and legs

arms & legs count as one trait, tho you can mix them up, for example: reptile arms+furred legs and that would count as two traits (common trait + uncommon trait)

Can tails in the common area only be the shown long type?
Also to froads have different bodytypes (thin, thicc, muscle) ?

If you choose to do the uncommon mammalian subspecies, do the ears and furry tail count towards that and not seperate uncommon traits?

Out of curiosity, are the ears exclusive for the Mammalians? Or can any subspecies have them?
