Dark magic.
For real though, it's a bloom which is put into polar2 (iirc), then tiled with linear, which then goes into Glynnsim3, which goes to itself. I might have slapped bipolar on as the final xform just for finer control of the shape of it.

The swirling does suggest dancing. How did you come up with the title?
