A request from HeroWolf95! Mayor Denning of Zootopia and Officer Clawhinney!Not sure where exactly they are - maybe at some sort of county conference? HeroWolf95 left me a lot of artistic freedom so I decided to make it into sort of a scene rather than just basic character profiles (which can be made from this one anyway). Also included a bonus otter because they need someone to introduce them properly!
