Description
As the Emperor stood by his throne shocking young Luke
Vader soon began to realize that he may have been working with a kook.

He stood there conflicted, until he could take it any longer,
so he threw old Sidious down a shaft and put an end to the torture.

And what happened then? In the Empire they say,
That Lord Vader's life support shrunk three sizes that day.

Vader and Luke are now able to reconcile,
so Luke pulls off his mask, and he looks upon him with a smile.

As father and son say their final goodbyes,
Vader, acknowledging Luke was right about him, finally dies.

With a blast from The Falcon, the Death Star was no more
Thus signaling the end of the war (for now anyways, Disney kind of opened that door)

As everyone celebrates on Endor, they all embrace one another,
when Luke sees the ghosts of Yoda, Obi Wan and his own father.

I'm sure Anakin appears to Luke every day,
and will especially spend even more time every holiday.

(Yes this is my weak way of tying this back into Christmas,
you got to understand I had to work with some limits)

OK in all seriousness, be sure to spend your holidays appreciating your friends and your families. Tell them you love them, tell them how much they mean to you. Even if some of your friends or relatives are in another state or country, give them a call. In fact, you can do those things even after the holidays.
