Description
This took an incredible amount of time. I learned so much from my last Horyo drawing that this one was a BIT faster.The only anime-canon starter that has yet to be caught.
I fail at drawing Blastoise's form well, so I had to use the pose from its original picture. I think I messed up on it too o:

It was based on the anime form in that one episode where Gastly created illusions.
I've yet to hear anything about a PokeGod though, enlighten me

Back before Gold and Silver were widely known about, some people saw beta artwork for some of the new Pokemon like Marill as well as Ho-Oh and Togepi in the anime and thought they were in Red and Blue. People thought that there would be secret, super-powerful Pokemon hidden in the game like Mew. Some people thought Venustoise was one of those, though there were a lot more.

Anyway, I should probably redraw this, it's messed up in a lot of ways :/

Bulbapedia isn't the best source, actually. They have inaccurate and actually false information on there.
I would enjoy it if you re-drew it, but it's quite good in my opinion. It's probably one of the best depictions of Venustoise on here.
