Description
Little Mira on her first day in the cat-shelter I work for. I think you can see how alone she felt at that moment...It took some time and a lot of love and hugs till she felt comfortable and happy again. Luckily she found a beautiful new home...

Awww, it's a cutie. I had a two kitties like that. Both of them are my little shy cats now. One just growl when I hold him (Growling at my family and relitives... I don't know why) And When my girl cat was a kitten and new in the house, she just follows me everywhere for a month or two. That was when I had school. She was scared of two cats we have but one died of broken leg. But we have a lot now. So My girl cat is lazy and still shy. My boy cat, well, he is weird on his way....

You have some amazing talent with these cats. I love the look you have captured here. Love the contrast and color in this. Gorgeous!
I am a HUGE cat lover. I have found a rescue shelter for one flame point siamsese from my house.
Now I have a Mom and her 6 kittens. Sad thing is, they are all too ferel for homes

Awww ... another beauty
I'm so glad she's found a home. There shouldn't exist even one homeless pet.

Amen to that! I can just agree with you. Small kitten were cut of course but there are so many homeless grown ones...

Yes, unfotunately. Most people always want a small kitten that will - naturally - get used to them, etc. But the grown ones need homes JUST AS WELL - all of them do. The problem with cats (or rather with people) is that in nature, cats usually lead solitary lifestyles and there are not many cats per one square mile (or kilometer) and therefore not so many kitten litters (no cats being found to mate). But around human-populated areas, there are many cats living very close together and therefore producing even more offspring. This leads to too many kitten litters than would be otherwise found in nature. In other words, human civilization - as always - is interfering with nature and cats, among all other animals, are suffering because of it. It's our fault that the situation with cats is the way it is, so the least we should do is NOT to allow there to be any feral/stray/homeless cats in cities. Or else ... stop interfering with nature and let them all live as nature intended them to.

And again it seems to be that youΒ΄re reading my thoughts! So IΒ΄m very glad that the cat aid organisation I work for as a good neutering program were wild cats were caught and neutered, it is just a drop on a hot stone but it is way better than doing nothing...
