Needless to say I was in a pretty silly mood when I drew this, and therefore there isn't really too much to say about it. It's just my "Singing Surgeon" Dr. Ryan R. Ryan, MD wearing Mileena's Mortal Kombat: Deception/Armageddon outfit (I fucked up on the collar, but meh. It's a tiny oversight. Mmmmyes...). Why Mileena's outfit you ask? Look at Mileena, then look at Ryan and it's pretty obvious.
A special shout out to =SpazChicken for letting me use his custom MK wallpaper as a background for this, because Lordy Lou was I ever having trouble finding a decent Mortal Kombat logo for that background.
I should draw BEO and Ryanna dressed as Kitana and Jade for the lulz.
And PLEASE NO PERVERTED COMMENTS. I draw things like this for laughs. If you want to fap, it's not like I can stop you, but my god don't tell me about it. I want to be left in the dark! I'm getting really sick and tired of the non-joking "I'd hit that/I'd play doctor with him/*fapfapfap*" comments. It's fucking creepy and I don't like it AT ALL.
