Description You usually see these mountain from far away, here they are really close up.

I was shooting into the sun, when I looked around and saw the light behind me, jumped onto a big rock a few feet into the tideline to get wave motion with the mountains as a background.

This was 3 weeks ago, ever since I've been in bed with flu and a gland infection, but I'm healthy again and going for a 2 day shoot tomorrow

I really like the colors on this image. Sharpness , everything but the title. My suggestion : "Milky Ocean"

Great Job

Fantastic light here. I know exactly where this is. Lost some detail in the water, but somehow the contrast it creates works well. Glad you're better. So far I've managed to stay flu-free. Touch wood.

Ek het lelik my gat afgeval op die rotse. My instinct laat my gelukkig altyd val sodat die kamera ten alle koste oorleef. Mens kan 'n boek doen op die 20km stuk kus Sal altyd iets nuuts vind.

I love the water in this image, and the composition.
How long is the exposure?

Lovely composition, and exposure. Great lighting on the shore, and hills as well.

Very nice perspective. Its not like you to leave half a rock in the foreground though eh??
How do you achieve such sharpness in the depth of the image? Do you stagger the shots according to focal lengths? then layer them from back to front?
