LOL it's actually done in SAI x'D I use the binary (paint, idk wtf binary is lolol)
These are so much easier to do than regular stuff. ;___; Try drawing in Paint/Other program with pain tool <3 It's more fun too xD

Yeah just use the binary brush c'x its so much easier to color and stuff :3 <3
