Actually, and this surprises me to say, but Frollo is huge when you see him up close. Seriously and I'm not being dirty-minded. Check out Hell-fire and freezeframe some of the scenes where you can see the outline of his shoulders and neck. He's fantastic!

Yes, that did really surprise me when I first looked at HoND for reference. His shoulders are really broad. I figured him to be the tall and reedy kind, but I was pleasantly surprised.
