Personality; Happy, almost all of the time. Personality really depends on the weather. Basically, Bright = Happy, Dark = Sad. Never mean or evil. Mellow, and usually just floats around.

Bio; Not really much of a past, he produces offspring asexually, but they don't have brains. I think you get it, piece of a cloud falls off, and becomes it's own. The offspring are also genderless, and usually just die after being on their own for too long. He isn't very smart himself, his brain and skull are small, and see through. He has a gem that is magnetically/magically stuck in front of his head, and antennas spiking out of his skull. He has no other bones, just shapes that way naturally. His eyes are see through. He hangs around Toxin to cheer her up, and orchid. He is about the length of a school bus.
