I've already acknowledged my mistake. I have apologized to her and was forgiven. I feel terrible about it. ~kakii was very kind and I wish her the very best. When you're exhausted and your hormones are going crazy it does make you overlook or forget things. It's not ignorance, it's a documented medical fact. It was a simple accident, and those happen occasionally. I'm not perfect, readily admit to being flawed. There was another case of theft using those exact images set up in the exact same style. The person was redistributing them as premade backgrounds. At first glance, it looked like it had happened again. I didn't go off the deep end, and only made two comments regarding it. They were retracted immediately and the matter was settled. If I could remove the comments myself, I would. If an admin of the blog reads this, I genuinely hope they do remove it. It would be very much appreciated.

I know exactly what you ladies are like when you are in the throws of mixed up hormones from pregnancy. God knows my lady drove me up the wall. If she wasn't euphoric, she was screaming her head off at me for breathing to loud! Seriously, she said I was breathing too loud, even though I was breathing just as I would do normaly! Crazy woman! She didn't mind farting too loud though 'It was baby, not me!' God they stunk too!
I saw your apologies to the people involved but I still wanted to throw in my two cents because I know what it is like to have people accuse you of being an art thief when you have done nothing wrong. It's not nice and gave me a real headache having to defend myself for doing nothing wrong. Some people just see the word 'Art Thief' and think it is a license to turn up on someone's profile and unleash a whole barage of nastyness without even taking stock of what is going on, or looking with their own eyes to see if it is infact true. Just please be a little more carefull in the future, because even though I hate art thiefs as much as the next person, alot of the time claims are made and very rarely true and it seems that everyone wants to be part of a lynch mob once they see those two simple words, art thief. It took me forever to get all the info I needed to report the thief we found in my group. Collecting the evidence, find the original artists, letting them know their work had been stolen and asking for the help in reporting the thief, then going through their gallery and trying to find other pieces which had been stolen from either right here on dA, or 3D community websites. Then there was the whole process of typing it all up in my report to dA, of which I am still waiting to here the outcome of 2 months later, even as this person is creating extra accounts to harass me with and to turn up on my group page to do nothing but call me and its members! People eh! What can you do with em!
I wish you all the best with your baby, and I hope your fella dosen't have to put up with the same kind of stinky farts I did when my lady was pregnant! Gross!

I found it here, in FAQ #873: What do I do when I disapprove of a Daily Deviation feature?
It states there:
"If you absolutely must voice your disapproval of a selected feature, feel free to note $Moonbeam13 however, unless the image violates policy in some way, it is highly unlikely it will be removed."
So, I assumed, if it breaks the policy, then I note $Moonbeam13 . The deviation in question violates the policy because the deviant that uploaded it is not the owner of the work, and it got a DD which I find rather unfair

Hmm, I haven't used any of these, I prefer to do as much myself as I can, but I do recognize the planet one from ~hoevelkamp Which is really good. Space art has become very generic but his planet creative abilities are movie-quality stuff
