Yup it's him! the forgotten first boss of Mario64! I always loved him and he plays a BIG role on the game.
Soon as you beat him, he builds a sort of camp to the survivors of the attack who turned them into monsters. What attack, you ask? latter boy, latter...
Next Boss? Let's just say it's Monster specie appeared on DA's April Fools and it's Mario specie is a very common one...

Cuz each of the ghosts you have to catch have some little description like "the hungry glutton" "the evil twin brothers" and stuffs like that. the name of the pics are the bosses little tag lines.
