The new Pokemon Sun and Moon trailer just dropped a couple of days back and it featured the Alola region along with new starters and new box legendaries. I'm not too keen on the legends but I love the new starter designs! I took to Litten immediately because I mean, it's a fire kitten! What's not to like? I know the internet loooooves Rowlett, it would be my second choice after Litten and it too was adorable in the trailer. Then there is Popplio, everyone's Gen 7 Oshawott.

Truthfully, I didn't really like Popplio the first time I saw it. But then I saw the concept art for it and started liking it more, it looked really goofy and I felt really bad for judging it. Now that people had time to digest the trailer and the news, Popplio's popularity or lack thereof really showed. Maybe because of pity, I started to really consider whether to take Popplio as my starter come Sun&Moon. I wanted Litten, but Rowlett's good too but I also want to show Popplio some much needed love.. Ahhhh what to do...

The Starters shown here are my first picks each Gen, and my favourite evolution of each starter. It's a coincidence that I picked, water water, fire fire, grass grass. Now I really don't know which to pick for Gen 7...
