Thanks! It takes me back to my painting class in college where I spent days working on something and then the teacher would call for me to take out a fresh piece of canvas and do something quick and then like it far more than the thing i had been working on for days.

haha totally, I think it has to do with the quicker stuff being done more subconsciously simple and to the point, where things that have been worked on for long periods of time tend to be over decorated and in many cases a lot more devoid of feeling/awesomeness.
I have noticed that on my own drawings too, so now I try to do much of my stuff at the moment it's needed.

Very cool group, I have a lot of powerhouse but most are not submitted yet lol don't need all my secrets out right. I'd say my most powerful by far is Moondragon.

Well I have a lot of characters, I just wanted to hone my art skills before posting any, in a sense I don't think my old art were good enough. for a long time I focused on my game and truth be told it was my primary reason to join deviant. At the same time I also started going to college, so my focus was school work and homework. For my contest I unveiled 8 of my 300 people . those 8 are pretty original, but so are all of mine.
