Description
“I need to put a bell around your neck or something,” grumbled Oil Slick moodily, turning back towards his work.
This is for Team Charr, inspired by their awesome story about this pair, which I highly suggest you all check out C:

I tried some new stuff in shading this, I've started to combine techniques. Oh, and I figured out how masks work.
However, I actually used this background texture before, which I'm a bit ashamed of. My papers are lost at the bottom of some container and have been there since I came back home from college for the summer.
