You seem to have an illustrator's attitude (thats a subjective observation, not a criticism). You make clear, concise, pretty much unambiguous statements but with rich technique.

yeah, your right about that. i'm more influence by illustrations/comics/graphic arts than other painterly techniques.

I believe that is the new major (or at least most interesting) influence on fine art. Look at the work of Mark Ryden, Robt. Williams, Malcolm Leipke, the clayton Bro.s, Todd Schorr, Anita Kunz, Gary Baseman, Rob English, the list goes on. Major talents!! I think collectors are finnally taking notice.
