Why, thank you. I'm not very good at imitating the "anime" style, so when drawing Japanese-originated characters, I tend to spend a bit of time "converting" them to my own style -- hopefully without making them totally unrecognizable in the process. Meowth was a fun challenge; I could probably have managed drawing him closer to his appearance in the game/anime, but decided I wanted to put my own spin on him.
