Hmm...well, a lot of the Amy shots have her without actual panties (Babs Bunny's panties in Tiny Toons Adventures had a 50-50 quantum uncertainty chance of existing or not existing.  Comparatively, Amy has a lot less.)  But Cream had a few.  She had a big one where she was bringing tea to Chris or something during the MetaRex arc, and the camera was just positioned to look right up her dress.  Her butt looked pretty huge, too.

It was the episode where Vector got it in his head that Vanilla was actually worried sick about Cream going with Team Sonic on their Space opera adventure, so he figured that the thing to do would be to try and KIDNAP her.   It was a weird episode.

I saw a couple in a Japanese version video. The big wind ronotvthing. I paausee and it loooks like Amy MIGHT be wearing panties, but they're the same color as she is.
