i've never heard of this character.....and did not have any idea what i was going to do. if i gave myself all the time in the world to do something like this i would've likely procrastinated until inspiration hit me.i'm glad that's not what i did here.this is why i like the time limit in this challenge. it really forces me to find inspiration, instead of waiting for it to find me.
didn't turn out half bad at all, and i had some fun doing it.
all digital at around 20 minutes.

it's the cintiq monitor.....it makes everything a little faster when you can draw directly on to the screen.

Actually, while I've never used a Cintiq, one of the things I like about digital drawing is no hand covering the image. Not sure I'd give that up, even if I could afford it.

a couple of years ago i'd say "lucky"....now i'd say "fortunate". with a lot of animation studios using cintiqs in pre production, it's easier to.....and sometimes necessary to have one.
