They spice their rice with something. I'm not sure what, but it's really nice. Especially when they first make it. It's more soft & moist. And something that i just found out; they don't just make stuff that's on the menu... they make any combination of things that can be created from the things on the menu. For example, if i wanted a barbacoa quesadilla... they would make it. Isn't that great?
You would think that i'm a spokesperson for Chipotle. *shrugs*
