Great photo and tones. I'm guessing this is an HDR. What kind of conversion to black and white did you use? I've been trying to figure out how to get an effect like this.

Yes, it's an HDRi. After tone mapping I just plain converted it to black and white and just added a little sepia-brownish filter to it
