I don't really speak Italian but to answer your question this is a simple drawing on paper, only added the two colored regions in Photoshop

I try to us in English then,
for case in order to make these intense activities it then uses tablet and the colors with photoshop? or it uses the pen tool but me it seems much difficult one

I selected the exterior with the magic wand tool because the contours are really strong except for the bottom part (don't really remember how I did that part but you get the idea)
