It's interesting how the tone of this picture changed dramatically from the original to the remake. In the original, Sans was looming ominously with his eye glowing, while in this one, it looks more like Sans is the one who's in danger. It's kind of fitting, in a meta way; the first time you play the genocide run, the sentry is a real threat, but once a person's had a lot of practice, he becomes a nearly defenseless victim.
I like the way the light is focused on Sans, but the knife is kind of cutting that light - very symbolic. The way the picture focuses on the knife really emphasizes the terrible danger Sans is in, and his wary, drooping body language makes it clear that he knows he's doomed. I get the impression this is close to the end of the fight.

I think the newer version looks much better than the old version. You have improved a lot over time. I really like how the light of the judgement hall illuminates the scene and adds much more drama to it. The golden light looks simply amazing and the background is detailed and well integrated to the motive. The pillars however could have been drawn more evenly. You could use a line tool next time in order to make sure that the distances/intervalls are more even. Other than that, the fanart looks incredible and leaves an impact on the viewer! Sans's expression turned out very good, too. He looks exhausted but also seems his face to ask: "Are you kidding me?", because Chara simply won't give up no matter what he does. Chara being in the foreground and holding the knife makes the composition of this work perfect! Keep it up! β₯
