Description
This is for the all-too-lovely ~Raringen , because she owns everyone's souls and I love her more than a fat kid loves cake.
I whipped this up yesterday, just finished coloring it today. Look Sandra, I gave you amazing blue hair! SHAZAM! 
Anyway, I really hope she thinks it looks somewhat like her because I had to glue my eyeballs to her gallery for 3 hours trying to sketch her properly. Hopefully it looks decent. 
And I did a bit of practice on backgrounds, which I really need to draw more often. My background is a bit wonky perspective-wise but, all well.
I don't know where she is exactly. Hmm. Looks like some crappy urban place. LETS JUST GO WITH OAKLAND. THAT WORKS LOL.
