I just wanted to know what program, if any, to use to change font of the start menu and toolbar text to the nice brown color you're using.

No, i have not changed the font color of anything, its all the way it was in the theme. If you mean the color of the clock, then that is a mod of rainmeter, which i have given the detail above, i just gave it a bit of transparency and it appears to be the brownish color. Other than that i have not done anything to any font

Is the toolbar the original windows toolbar? Because the date and time on mine are white and it's hard to see.
