Event 1: The Interview

A judge of skill, or a judge of character?
So, you’re interested in the job? Great, time for your interview!
Which supervisor did you meet with, and what is your first impression of them? How do you convince them to give you the job?

Event information
This event applies to staff member ranks, not guests.
Events may be drawn or written as a short story.
Management ranks may draw how they first met Gold and Charbon if they wish.
Events have no due dates, but must be completed in chronological order.
Submit to the “event entries” folder of the group once you’ve completed!

Things to to keep in mind:
Remember, your gem ultimately got hired—so don’t screw up the interview too bad!
Don’t let their appearances fool you! Gold isn’t an automatic free ticket, and Charbon won’t stick a knife in you. Probably
Gold looks for people of character, with good personalities that would contribute to the atmosphere of the Café.
Charbon looks for people of skill, who seem experienced and have a good work ethic.
Make sure they meet with the supervisor that would get them most likely to be hired!
(If your gem doesn’t fall under either of these categories, don’t worry... maybe they just waited for that phone call for a really long time ;D)
