Welp, a full body drawing of what I imagine Goku and Raditz’ mother to look like, though I haven’t quite settled on what her clothes/armour should look like yet :/

but i got to tell you, your version is quite unique!
she looks like an evil character from a Disney cartoon... I can see why Bardoc committed suicide by throwing himself at Frieza's energy ball, he was too frighten to back home! lol
Over all great job, the drawing looks simple but I can see that you placed allot of detail on it so its actually very pro.

let me ask you something: why would women of a WARRIOR race be as feminine and dainty (which, apparently, are the only types you will even acknowledge) as human women?

I didn't say they had to be dainty, just show some type of feminimity to distinguish female from male. the picture is good, but that was all I was trying to tell you.

I wasn't really expecting anything "radical" or "groundbreaking" from Toriyama, but I guess a small part of me deep, deep down had some really irrational and desperate hope for an awesome warrior saiyan lady (AS THEY SHOULD BE GDI)...

True. If you've seen Hanasia from DBM (Online Webcomic series, Dragon Ball Multiverse) their rendition of Goku's mom is about as opposite to Gine as opposites can get (wonder if Toriyama did that on purpose?). Regardless, I do find Gine being a compassionate mother adorable, and despite the fact that this retcons all of the Anime Canon's "Bardock: Father of Goku" I still appreciate for what it is ^^

there doesn't seem to be many people who try to do something different for lady!saiyans other than what's traditionally viewed as ladylike and femenine, sadly :/ I mean, WARRIOR race, that doesn't exactly give me the image of very slender and dainty people, you know?
