Snowclan Assignment -

Batpaw pulled his haunches into position, his green eyes set on a mound of wiggling snow
several tail-lengths away. He remained perfectly still aside from his tail, which was swaying
slightly in anticipation.
His inky-black fur stood stark against the fresh snow. The apprentice crept slightly closer to
the wiggling heap and a head emerged, two bright eyes staring right at him. Panicked, he
darted forwards, flying after the squirrel, but it was no use. The prey was too far ahead and
scuttled up the nearest pine tree.

I thought that we decide that cat with dark pelts in SnowClan hunted more at night and in caves, hunting bats and the like.

But then I think I'll have him struggle a bit first? Maybe one of the other dark-furred cats could teach him how to hunt at night/in caves?

Maybe Ravenfeather, he has dark fur? He could show the apprentices with dark coats how to hunt? (Like Sablepaw, Rookpaw, Batpaw etc? ~)

Thankyou I was going to possibly have him try to coat himself in snow
later for camouflage, but then catch a cold or something :0 Poor Batpaw xD

Wow. Hard to hunt in the snow with black fur! He is actually more suited to stalking the forest at night. Just saying.

That's his character flaw
He lives in the mountains, but is a terrible hunter due to his black fur.
