HI! I do live, you guys! Decided to color another bit of lineart by ~lil-lunar-dreamer as I love her to pieces!This is Ya'el, who is a Shadow Slave in one of our many stories/RPs. She is SO PRETTY and SO SWEET it is insane, and I love her so much. And, no, it's not just because she is blue.

Yeah, I tried to make Ya'el's dress look nice and soft/silky smooth 'cause she's a Shadow Slave, and her previous Master treated her like crap and grrrr, but this is after she gets with Tenshi and Holly said he spoils her like crazy. x3

but if you'd drawn Mario fanart and I had said I like the colour scheme, and you drew him very awesome looking ... it would still be complimenting YOUR drawing.
there's one thing to draw a character which has the same skin and hair, but its another thing to show their gentleness or prettiness

When you said color scheme, I just think the colors chosen for it, not actually the coloring itself, y' know? I understand what you meant much more clearly now, and thank you whole-heartedly (even more so than before) for your kind words!

thing is I think colour scheme is much more than "red and blue" you could have "deep read and pale blue" you've still used the colours chosen by the original designer of the character, but you've added something because everyone colours slightly differently.
I think this is what I meant.
