I usually don't upload my map parts on here BUT since I get some sweet, sweet PP for this and haven't actually gotten any except that app art I was like ''WELL I GOTSA NOW''
So lets see if I've counted this right-
regular headshot: 30 pp
regular waist up: 40 pp
rough coloring: + 15 pp
simple bg: 10 pp
39 frames of headshots = 1170 + 585(rough coloring
5 waist up = 200 + 75(rough coloring
5 simple bgs = 50 pp
Total: 2080 PP

Animation is so flipping hard and time consuming;

Nope! Photoshop actually has an animation feature! It's not the best out there and the animation programs are in most cases better. But it gets the job done better than drawing each frame separately and then putting it all together in iMovie or something!
