Description Another one of the mythology-pieces. This one is graphicaly the best, but I'm sorry Ariadne ended up looking so dumbfounded.

Theseus: Cretan Minotaur VS Crommyonian Sow
Plot:
Deep in a forest on the island nation of Crete, not too far from the capital city Knossos, a group of male travelers were hiking, until they came across a cave and a farmland filled with sheep and cattle. The men were about to kill and eat the animals, until they got attacked by the owner, who happened to be a Minotaur, a giant man-bull hybrid monster. There, he sent word to the Cretan king Minos that the last of the Minotaur’s kind had been sighted. I like the dumbfounded look on Ariadne's face, actually. It's one of my favorite parts about this.

Well... Ariadne WAS dumbfounded to say the least when the "hero" Theseus abandoned her on the island of Naxos. Lucky for her that the Greek God of Wine, Dionysus showed up. Would love to see a piece of the Minotaur battling Theseus.

The story of Theseus was one of my favorites as a child, too. There is a lot of build-up in this picture. It's fun to look at and imagine what's going to happen next.
