Various studies,I absolutely don't do them often enough but I'm gonna try more!
Top right one is a study of an Edgar Payne painting, done today, with very little patience. The rest are from photos.

Absolutely gorgeous. Β The canyon caught my eye because it looked awfully familiar-
whatever you used as reference, I have a painting done with the EXACT SAME REFERENCE on my wall right in front of me now, hahah. Β Yours is better- I found mine in a pile of discarded canvasses after classes let out for winter break back when I was in art school!

The canyon is a study of an edgar payne painting!!! :^D Haha I wouldn't doubt that for the both of us studying these pictures would have burned them into our libraries forever :'D which is a good thing...
