I mean I tried downloading the image pack because I also don't have CS3 but it came up as a .rar file (?) and wouldn't open.

Its a zippit or stuffit expander. Basically to make shit easier to download you compress it to a couple KB, then a program like Winrar decompresses it and its a real item again.

Plus you just made a Failrar. Lololol.
