Will be moved to the "scrapbook" gallery eventually.My liking for drawing human versions of Sonic was only mild in the past so I don't know what happened this year... Call it a little... obsessive right now, lol. If you don't like it, that's totes fine.
Been thinking about making a blog account outside of dA to exclusively post these human rendition sketches and perhaps some not-so-suitable-for-kids material as well, just to keep my usual Sonic work on deviantART apart from other topics I'd potentially like to venture into... It's a thought but may be bound to happen.
As for the sketches on the left side of this composition, all were drawings that I planned to use for full color pictures but didn't, except for the werehog one!
Blaze's hand placement was not intentional, lol. Silver's legs are gone because I'd drawn him off the edge of a page.

Oh. And one tinsy little question...one I should get out of my chest. Why are you placing Shadow in a G.U.N uniform. I totally understand that he's a member, I'm curiouse why you created him such a position? I can't help but just notice it.

It's just a personal preference. The thing about humanizing the Sonic characters is that one has the flexibility in choosing their outfits. Seeing as though Shadow is a G.U.N. agent, I find it appropriate to dress him as one. I think a military-styled outfit suits him far better than the usual emo/gothic, very adolescent teenage-esque attire that other people tend to clothe him in. I see him mentally equivalent to a grown man (between ages 25-30, or even older, rather than making him equivalent to Sonic in age at 15), and because of this fact, his outfit that I chose is reflective of both his age and his title.

Hmm, as a matter of fact, that does make true sense... It combines his nature, personality, and strength. (Only as his humanized form, of course, the G.U.N. is better. Keep him as he is in "hedgehog form"

Dude, your human form are totally better than any ther humanized in dA. I have no wors due to it's amazing features. Their' original and thie jut....I can't explain it's just sooo epic.

Oh yes, Masashi Kishimoto is definitely one of my biggest inspirations for when I draw people! His style is his own; it's so unique that I believe the team that draws the anime version of Naruto often times fail to emulate his style with justice. Most anime artists these days have such a generic, tired and overused look that I detest. As for my own way of drawing, I definitely looked to Kishimoto's work to learn!

Yep no doubt his work is unique but its just a matter of opinion I suppose.
I like how his work is practical and I love the way he actually listens to anatomy and doesn't make stick figures of female characters XD though I kinda lost the craze for the manga months ago , before that I was pretty rabbid naruhina shipper XD

Hmm, okay. It's an anime/manga style, but I think you did a good study in skulls to "their months it has to be in the same height from the jaw" or something like that... but there's something that I don't know if is a good advice for you: some of their pointy chins.
Sorry, I like more "realistic" pics but it doesn't mean I don't like some of good old fashioned anime/manga style.

err... Not that I'm a ignorant, but where in the storyline (or spinoff) tells that he is a G.U.N. agent? Just curious.
I think it has something that he left his past behind and doing his best? That's some good story there.

He has been a G.U.N. agent since Sonic The Hedgehog 2006. Not every game since then makes mention of it, but he is. In the upcoming Sonic racing game, Shadow's vehicles are the G.U.N. military vehicles as well.
