I've had this picture sitting around for ages, but never had the chance to upload it. So... here you go, I guess. And yes, this character is available for roleplays.

Nicknames: Lyssie, Vee, Rusty, insufferable crackpot

Personality: Calm, laid-back, and a bit creepy. He has a very strange sense of humor, and will become aloof and sarcastic when nobody gets his jokes. Vraelys is also a little bit of a pervert and is EVER SO SLIGHTLY sadomasochistic. Due to his upbringing, he tends to come off as rather arrogant, although mostly in a joking fashion.
Skills: Can read minds, though he can't get much more than flashes of emotion when not in close proximity. Vraelys is also a gifted engineer, though he often gets bored and leaves his creations unfinished or faulty.

Backstory: Will be explained later, along with Angali's. (What is this? A connection, perhaps? *GASP*)
