good question..training was fine, people OK, we were analyzing our daily activities and trying to find out what could be done more efficiently, how to say NO to someone..
and the trainer was clever..so the training was not the typical brainwashing that you can experience in some companies..
so,yes good memory and experience

well, that sounds okay... I have done time management training for people in my company myself, and I always wonder if it really is helpful or not. I know some of them did change stuff in order to free them up more, others haven't...
