For me, Tod is the strongest and it is hard to defeat him sometimes. But your Oc is the strongest only for you. It is better not to compare different characters from different fandoms, I find it pointless. x)

I have one episode in my story, when Ales had to become Tod's servant....heh,so I doubt that you can use Tod as your minion.
