I never realized just how long these take until I did one myself. It took me a few hours to type and cap everything I wanted to put in. It is kinda long but I didn't want to forget anything.I've had quite a few people ask me how to make custom brushes in Paintshop Pro. I figured that instead of writing them each separate with what they want to know, I figured that I would take the time and write this tutorial, so that not just them could learn. This way everyone can learn how to do it if they like.
This is on how to make TEXT brushes. When I have the time again, I will do another on how to do other kinds of brushes, but I hope in the mean time, this one will help out.
Favs and Comments are welcome. No need for credit if you decide to make a set and post them up here on DA, but please do send me a link. I'd like to see what type of Text Brushes you've made.

This is a great tutorial! It's really easy to understand, but do you know why the export part under files doesn't work and nothing happens when you click it? Could it be because I'm using a Adobe photoshop elements? Thanks for this great tutorial! I'll keep trying.

That could be the problem seeing as I made this for Paint Shop Pro. I haven't mastered the Photoshop version of doing brushes yet.

I found out how to do it now. I looked up a tutorial about photoshop brush making and just finished off what you wrote out in your tutorial! Thanks for the reply!

It's the same way except they are tiny. That was just an example I used. Your font size is up to you.

YAY!!! Glad to see that it helped you out in making your brush(es). I figured that if I'm doing them, why not have others who don't know how do them too. It's not as hard as it may seem and before you know it, you'll be like me and have oodles of brushes. lol
