Description
Which District are you in?I did a little research and made my own map based on basic common sense and some simple conjectures, as well as facts from the book (some of which were a bit conflicting, which made it hard to integrate). Original map from [link]
I MADE THIS MAP FOR FUN. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE PERFECT - THERE ARE ERRORS, AND I AM WELL AWARE OF THAT, THANK YOU.
I'm just a regular fan who wanted a visual representation of the Hunger Games world. Keep in mind that I made this map in about half an hour, and there are far more accurately researched maps out there (such as this one [link] ) which I would suggest checking out for a better idea of where the districts might be. I hope you enjoy this! Feel free to share your ideas as to where you think the districts might be, but please, be considerate, constructive, and polite.

Technically Panam is the remains of NORTH America not just the U.S., and districts 1 and 2 are very close to each other according to MockingJay. Finally the capital is roughly located near Colorodo according to the first book. Despite these complaints this was very imaginative and well executed

ummm... yea i know its not perfect but i believe that the location of district 13 is completely wrong. I base my accusation based only on the fact that the citizens of Panem use mines that were already built by the old inhabitents of the land. and if your map is correct then the mines in Washinton,Texas,and the deposit in Arizona would be underwater. This would mean that the ONLY possible location of district 13 would be in the Rocky Mountains due to its high consintration of Uranium mines that would already be built for them to have acess to it. I just wanted to say this due to that fact that barly any maps i see take the fact that the mines have to already be their for the citizens of Panem to use them.

You know? I love how like the Capital is just like flipping us ALL off! Cause like in the third book it mentions how they found old historical books about our times and Im PRETTY SURE they could see where each state use to be. But they had to be like 'Fuck them, they died. We're making our own states, screw them.' I just love it. I even did that to my siblings and even WAS flipping them off to prove my point on it.
