These should overlap however you will, if it be a warm up before your paintings, or as focused studies, that is up to you and how you decide to focus. This is a simple guide on what to focus on!

As someone who'd essentially self-taught (for want of a better term) I've experienced that frustration. I admire your taking the time to compile this info into an easily-digestable guide.
