Sunny days are terrible for photography. This is perfect. I like the subdued tones and the minimalistic feeling of the composition.

So true - overcast days allow for such clear shots, especially with a less-than-professional digital camera.

you are very welcome. less-than-professional digital cameras are still capable of capturing beautiful shots. the eye of the artist and the reaction to a particular scene is much more important than what the capture was made with.
