Or Sir Julius for short.
And he doesn't like you.

Also, isn't it a sad state of affairs when a vulture is the undisputed overlord?

This was inspired by some poem we were doing in English, so over the school day when I was to bored to do work I drew/coloured in Julius instead.
I'm rather fond of him now.
Even though he is an Evil Overlord.

(Also, I'm aware he doesn't look very much like a vulture. Whatever. I was improvising.)

The scanner messed it up a little. D:
