Amazing!!! You do some terrific things with wood and machinery. This piece is incredible. I checked out the video of it moving. Very nice work. I also checked out some of your favorites and found some new favorites from your list. Whew! what an afternoon.

thanks.
This was my first attempt, I'm thinking of a steam punk fish next, or maybe a flying figure.

extraordinary work! I went to the link that you posted and was blown away by the characters that are on the blogs banner. I usually work with a foam based clay and a base skeleton. what process do you go through for your character sculpting?

thanks for the kind words. My work is a mix of materials, usually fimo or othr modelling clay for heads on a wire armature then newspaper and tape to build up the body followed by card, bits of plastic etc whatever seems to work.I'm a bit of a bodger and don't always have a clear idea of an outcome so I'm always adding and taking bits away until I'm happy.
