I've been studying HTML and CSS for several months now, and I've learned a LOT, it's definitely a good thing to learn
And wordpress is awesome, I like the option to program it more specifically using HTML, unfortunately there's no CSS though, and I guess it is sometimes easier to just edit it the easy way, it's fun still though
