His is a close variety, but red in color and different in a few features.

And I founf out that the armor Garrus is wearing in this picture as it turns out, is an E3 exclusive. But thanks anyway!

Really... oh well, I'm glad I know what it is now. I was looking through the armor I had from the characters I'd finished with. It was driving me nuts >.<

But I believe there are some limits, such as you can only have the female character models for a female Shepard, and likewise, only the male models for a male Shepard.
